Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MathTestReview.com website and platform (the “Platform”). By creating an account, clicking “I agree,” or using the Platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a school, district, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
MathTestReview.com is a K-12 math test review platform focused on Algebra 1 and above. The Platform allows:
- Teachers to request custom multiple-choice review sets built from their upcoming test topics, assign those reviews to students, and track student progress by category.
- Students to practice assigned reviews, select specific topics to focus on, and view their progress and percent-correct scores by topic.
- Administrators to manage platform content, build question banks from teacher submissions, and oversee platform usage.
All practice questions on the Platform are written or reviewed by human educators. We do not use AI-generated questions.
3. Eligibility
Teachers and Adult Users
To create a teacher account, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering as a teacher, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
Students Under 13 — COPPA Compliance
Students under the age of 13 (“children”) may use the Platform only with verifiable parental consent. The Platform provides two paths for children to access accounts:
- Teacher-added students (join code enrollment): When a teacher adds a student to a class using a join code, the teacher's acceptance of these Terms of Service constitutes verifiable parental consent under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for the children in that teacher's class. Teachers using this path are legally responsible for ensuring that appropriate school authority exists and, where required by their school or district policy, that parents have been informed that students will use this Platform.
- Self-registration: Students who register independently (without a teacher join code) and who indicate they are under 13 must provide a parent or guardian's email address. The Platform will send a consent verification email to the parent or guardian. The student account will not be activated until the parent or guardian completes the verification. Consent requests expire after 7 days.
See our Children's Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data for users under 13.
4. Teacher Responsibilities
Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Appropriate Use with Students
You are responsible for using the Platform appropriately with your students, in compliance with your school's policies and applicable law, including FERPA, COPPA, and any applicable state student privacy laws.
COPPA Responsibility
If you enroll students under the age of 13 using a join code, you represent and warrant that you have the school authority and, where required, parental notification necessary to do so. You agree to indemnify MathTestReview.com for any claims arising from your failure to comply with applicable student privacy laws.
PDF Uploads and Content Rights
When you upload a test PDF to request a custom review build, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the author of the test, or you have the right and authorization to submit it.
- The submission does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
- The submission complies with your school's policies regarding distribution of test materials.
You agree that multiple-choice questions built by our team from your submitted test content will be added to the Platform's shared question bank available to all teachers. See Section 8 (Intellectual Property) for details.
5. Student Responsibilities
As a student using MathTestReview.com, you agree to:
- Practice honestly. The Platform is designed to help you learn, not to help you cheat. Do not share specific quiz questions or answers with other students in ways that undermine the educational purpose of the review.
- Use the Platform appropriately. Do not attempt to access any account or data other than your own. Do not attempt to manipulate progress records.
- Comply with your teacher's instructions regarding how and when to use the Platform.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
All users agree not to use the Platform in any way that:
- Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of MathTestReview.com or any third party

Pro Plan Pricing
The Pro plan is available to teachers at $10.00 USD per month, billed monthly. Pricing is per teacher account.
Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe to the Pro plan.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Campus pricing is negotiated directly and governed by a separate agreement between MathTestReview.com and the subscribing school or district.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership
MathTestReview.com and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Platform, including its code, design, user interface, branding, and the structure and organization of the question bank. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in the Platform beyond the limited license to use the Platform as described herein.
Shared Question Bank
The Platform's question bank is a shared educational resource available to all teachers on the Platform. When our administrative team builds multiple-choice practice questions derived from a teacher's submitted test PDF, those questions become part of the shared question bank. By submitting a PDF and accepting these Terms, you grant MathTestReview.com a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the submitted content to create and add questions to the shared bank. Teachers do not retain exclusive rights to questions built from their submissions, and the same questions may be included in reviews for other teachers on the Platform.
Your original test PDF is never shared with other teachers or students and is used solely for the purpose of building your review.
Your Content
You retain ownership of any original content you create directly within the Platform (such as review names or notes). You grant MathTestReview.com a limited license to display and use that content to provide the service to you.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform, including practice questions.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MATHTESTREVIEW.COM OR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on certain implied warranties or damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Termination
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, failure to pay subscription fees (following the grace period), or conduct we determine to be harmful to users, the Platform, or third parties. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination except where immediate action is required for security or legal reasons.
Termination by You
Teachers may cancel their subscription and close their account at any time through account settings. Upon account closure, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
